I believe that people have an innate capacity to heal themselves. Having the support and trust of a therapist can assist in this process. I enjoy helping people live their lives with meaning and authenticity. I am an empathetic listener who focuses on my client’s experience from their point of view in order to understand what they are going through. I work with people on various issues including relationships, communication, midlife issues, life transitions, anxiety, and self-esteem. I am married and have two daughters. Prior to having kids, I worked in the technology field in a variety of sales and marketing positions. My experience in technology has helped me understand the struggles and stresses that a high intensity work environment can have on individuals and their families.
